Brasil Sweets at Brazilian Festival!!
Hello Sweet followers!!
We've got some amazing news for you!! Brasil Sweets will be at the Melbourne St John's Party 2013 for the third year in a row!!
This is an amazing festival of Brazilian folklore that gets Brazilians and Aussies alike dancing to the catchy beats of forro and samba, while indulging in some of the best foods the country has to offer!!
Brasil Sweets is proud to be a part of the festival and always has a great time there!! This has been our biggest year yet and we think it will show in the quality of our products on the night!!
This year we are also happy to introduce a few new flavours to our menu, like the already popular lemon, cauzinho, two lovers, prestigio and coffee! Log on to our facebook page for some photo updates of these amazing flavours!
We are also very exited to announce that Brasil Sweets will be giving out 2 party gift baskets* (one for boys and one for girl's party) to 2 lucky winners on the night... all you have to do to be in the running is like our facebook page!! It's that simple!!
*gift baskets contain a variety of brigadeiros as well as all you need for a party decoration in blue and pink
The Festival is happening THIS Saturday the 15th of June at St Brigid's Parish Hall 378 Nicholson St Fitzroy..... the kids party and activities start at 4 and the adults' party starts at 6:30!!

We were so overwhelmed by the support we got on the day and continue to get from all of you, we couldn't believe it when we SOLD OUT an hour before the festival even finished!!

NEXT EVENT! Brasil Sweets at the Taste of Portugal Festival at Victoria Markets
Hey Sweet followers!
Brasil Sweets is busy again this week preparing for an appearance at the TASTE OF PORTUGAL festival this Sunday the 9th of July!
The festival brings together people from Portuguese-speaking countries for a day of amazing food and entertainment for the whole family :)
The festival is taking place at Victoria Markets from 10am to 4pm and entry is free!
Brasil Sweets will be there with our very delicious not to mention beautiful brigadeiros... come by and like us on facebook or take a photo with our beautiful Rio poster to receive a FREE BRIGADEIRO SAMPLE!!
We are super exited to be a part of this festival after the overwhelming response we have had since our last appearance at the MELT festival... so stay tuned for VERY exiting news from Brasil Sweets very soon!!

Hey Guys!!
We've been soo busy here at Brasil Sweets! We just finished up the MELT chocolate festival at the Immigration Museum last sunday and it was a HIT!!
The place was so packed as chocolate lovers came to try a little taste of Brazil as well as learn how to make their very own brigadeiros!!
Bellow are some photos of the event, we want to thank everyone for their support and the amazing feedback we got! Everybody was asking where our store is and the answer is we dont have one yet!! but with your support, hopefully its not too far ahead in the future :)
As you can see everyone got exited with our Rio poster and were lining up to take photos with it!
Our owner and creator Lia Zicas was also interviewed by the ABC! check her out on the link bellow!
